Can you write out the full listing??? either its a typo or and acronym. Alot of time someone will list the Living under roof, or the actually living sq ft. which does not include garagem, entry's, or porches and lanai's.

In my market square feet is listed then followed by the source of the measurement. Sometimes it is "per" the agent or and appraisal, but sometimes it is per the county property valuation administrator. Maybe it is an abbreviation for "Per County ______" or a mistake typing, "Per ________ County".
