Insignia d400, Video Card for Windows Vista?

ok, I need advice on what type of Video Card to purchase... I have a Insignia D400 computer, I recently upgraded to windows vista but now none of my games works.. even the one compatible with Vista... so I get this message saying my video card is mincompat... can you help me out please on stores, prices, labor to get it done etc.. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

do NOT upgrade to vista if ur computer cannot take it. but it looks like u already did. idk much about ur computer but i think these cards will work. thses r the only cads that will work, nothing else.
