Ugh. Some more information would have been nice.
What kind of Mac do you have?
What OS version is it currently running?
Does your Mac even support Mac OS X 10.3?
Why 10.3.5? Why not 10.3.9 (latest version of 10.3)?

**The following assumes you have the retail version of Mac OS X 10.3 Panther

• Locate Mac OS X Install Disc 1 (10.3 was a three disc set) and insert it into your Mac.
• It should automatically open a window when it mounts.
• Double-click "Install Mac OS X"
• This will reboot your machine with the Install Disc as the startup disk and start the Mac OS X installation process.
NOTE: Make sure you have all three discs if you elect to do a standard install or you will will be stuck with a partial install that keeps prompting for the next disc each time you attempt to reboot.
