I watched the vid clip w/ a measure of skepticism. I think someone who's brilliant w/ Photoshop special effects and a lot of bored time may have hoaxed this particular video; I'll have to investigate the matter further.
Somewhere on the planet, in some college or well sponsored lab, humanoid robotic advancements are being made. And yes....I DO think we'll soon see a highly realistic, independent bi-pedal, fluid moving humanoid....or android quite soon.
175 years from now, androids will, I believe, become quite common. Question is: what will THAT mean to the human workforce????

It depends on your definition and how you view time. Technically, PontlaMama is correct in every sense of the word.
