I have a ViewSonic Ultrabrite a90f+ monitor and it gets lines through it every now and then, how do I fix this and whats causing it?

Used to have the same problem, I took the monitor back to the place where I purchased it and still didnt work, its the sign of a failing graphics card. Sorry I know thats expensive but honestly thats the only fix for it.
I tried everything first myself, I tried adjusting the hardware refresh rate, the cord, the monitor itsself but its definitely a sign of a failing graphics card.

all viewsonics and sonys have a thin line on their monitors
One has 1 line, the other has 2 lines.. it has something to do with the tube sony and viewsonic use
