but as for the question so far i can't really pick which horror movie is the best I've ever watched. i watch a lot of them, but i really like An American Haunting though it's not that scary.

I would have to say the best 'horror' or 'scary' film is probably 'Saw' or 'Saw II'. Just because it scared the hell outta me! lol.
