How would i go about making a face book application?

i dont know really, you need to be really good with computers, but also you should contact facebook via email and see if they email you back, i have emailed them 4 times and each time they have emailed me back. just go under contact or help and at the very bottom of the screen click my question has not been answered. and then email them

do u know ajax or html. if u dont i would not try it
