I don't think Whites as a whole dislike African-Americans. Sometime we don't like what they do, just like they don't like what we do. A lot of people dislike people that are different they are. I think it is a genetic things to protect us from what could be dangerous animals. If it isn't us then it's a danger.
Self protection. If you are an African-American, I apologize for any mistreatment you might have had at the hands of White people. Except for color there is really nothing different between us biologically, but culturally, that is a different matter.

or do SOME white people dislike ALL african-americans...
or do ALL white people dislike SOME african-americans...
or do A FEW white people dislike ALL african-americans...
or do ALL white people dislike A FEW african-americans....
or do A FEW white people dislike A FEW african-americans...
do you see what i have begun to say...
one cannot answer this question that easily....
i (a white american) like all people unless they give me cause to have second thoughts... and then i usually try to figure out why they dislike me enough to make me want to dislike them...
but does not mean i will dislike them...

The term is black not african american and you can't lump all whites together and say they all dislike blacks. People are different, it depends on how they were raised and I'd like to think that most whites have parents who have gotten past racist ways of thinking. Pretty much all my friends are white and they definitely don't dislike me, so it all depends on the individual.

Not all of them some whites are wtih black people and that includes both white genders. The younger generation is more accepting of blacks.

no, i dislike just about everyone. i dont base my opinion on thier skin, i base it on thier personality and intelligence. most people are lacking in both. its not limited to race.
