What problems have conservatives solved ON HERE?

someone said liberals on here do nothing but complain while conservatives solve important problems on here...

WELL, I've been on here a good while, don't remember ONE PROBLEM solved by conservatives... odd?

so, I ask... what have you done ON YAHOO ANSWERS!

OH and please cite the news story that was done on this HUGE PROBLEM that was solved by the GOP on answers... I'm sure there are several to chose from...

oh, and just to say... I never said liberals solved any problems on here...

and how did we get all those social programs if liberals never do anything? did conservatives pass them?

me personally, I think MOST PEOPLE only whine and complain on here... and that's their right...

but no problems are solved...

at best... you see things in a new way... which happens on occasion...

As Bobby Kennedy said "we don't solve problems, we make progress", so,
The question should be "what proposals does anyone has, to make progress on a particular issue?".
Republicans generally do not believe in making changes that would make the life of ordinary people better. After all, their constituency is the rich and the large corporations, and those already feel pretty well as things stand.
Actually, republicans feel contempt for the ordinary worker.

What are the big things GWB has done in the last 6 1/2 years?
A tax cut across the board, thus favoring the rich.
War and empire behavior everywhere.
Cutting the workers overtime.
Opposing stem cell research.
Subsidizing the far right churches
No child left behind which he left unfunded.
Subsidies for large corporations, like Enron and Exon.
Several measures that undermine the peoples civil rights.

Key difference is that we rely on the state because many liberals work and serve in the state. Where you say self relience the problem is that not all can succeed in a self relience situation. If you are capable of surviving without aid then great for you. However don't try and dissolve anything that is designed to aid others through the state. To do so in my opinion is very wrong. However this question is good I feel it's biased because you don't touch on liberalisms core ideologies. Seems you're just repeating what someone who has never sat down and talked to a real liberal would say. Generalizations don't do anybody any good.

I didn't think that I had to "solve" anything on answers. I thought it was just an opinion that I was giving. Holy Cow, if I'm supposed to be really solving problems I'll have to work a lot harder to be sure I do a much better job than I have ever done before! You are looking for solutions ON HERE? How would one "solve a problem" ON HERE? This is a forum, not a how to book. This is about people expressing their opinions and frustrations, however off base they may be.

Pretty good question. You know problems aren't solved ON HERE so you use it to blame the republicans. Pretty devious.

I don't think the statement that all Liberals do is complain and whine was about their impact ON HERE. I think that was a statement about Liberals across the board and in real life.

But to answer your question, I've done okay for myself around here. Picked up some friends. Picked up some enemies. All in all, it hasn't been a complete waste of energy and time. LOL

Working on there own propaganda and spamming seems to be a top concern with the cons. Doubling the multiple troll efforts to sway opinions with outside programming to try and dominate these threads has caused Yahoo to out maneuver them with the blocking feature. That was their most successful feat to date. They have created censorship of Yahoo Answers with their actions they call freedom of speech.

Politically they have solved none, but rather have created more for America.
