5 days
3 sessions per day
30 overs per session x 3 = 90 overs per day
90 overs per day x 5 days = 450 overs
450 overs + 10 extra overs on the last day = 460 overs total.

2 innings per side max - so you have maximum of 4 innings per a single test match.

Each session is 2 hours x 3 sessions per day x 5 days = 30 hours total.
This of course can be extended on occassions to recover some playing time lost earlier to rain etc.

Test cricket lasts for a maximum of 5 days. 2 innings per side. It is not decided on days or time basis. Instead it is decided on score basis.
