ok when i delete things in control pannel i dont get the memory. whats going on?

like i deleted this game called irfranview or something like that and i didnt get the GB for it and i have no idead were it has gone. please some 1 help

You have to empty the recycle bin.

You should not delete things, instead uninstall them.

Check C:\Program Files to see if there is any traces of the program. If you want to try and uninstall it again do the following:

Install it
Uninstall it

because programs like irfanview, (which is a photo editing program btw) are so insignificantly small it will not show a difference
