I hate to work out. But I LOVE the way I feel the rest of the day after I work out. So to make the "hate" moment more acceptable, I tried different workouts to see which ones actually work, and can be done in 15 minutes, or less!! Even foods. I tried MANY foods to find which one digest very slowly, and taste reasonably. Now I eat a small meal every 3 hours.

actually not all healthy foods are horrible tasting. Instead of drinking sodas start drinking juices or water with a slice of lemon in it or I have even started drinking Crystal Light lemonade. also instead of a sweet dessert try berries or some other fruit or even eat yogurt.

You imagine your going to do them for instance I lay sod as a summer job and its tiring and boring but i think about it as being fun and then i imagine about other things i would like to be like a knight in king arthurs round table then at the end of the day i think of how wonderful the day was even though it was as boring as hell.
