if i have more than 60pokemon do i still get a nationalpokedex in pokemonleafgreen?

Yes, as long as you have at least 60 pokemon, you can get the national dex. You also need to first complete the events on island 1-3 (rescue Celios daughter) and beat the elite4. Afterwards, talk to professor Oak he'll allow you access to island 4-7 and give you the national dex.

definitely...... but the only way to trade with ruby and saphire is to get the ruby item and saphire item on the 7 islands and give it to bill's friend....

i think you have to finish the kanto dex before you can get the national dex.
