You need to see a doctor and get some prenatal vitamins if you haven't already. It is important that a doctor monitor you and the baby at this point though. Most docs the first prenatal at about 8 weeks. Since you are pregnant you won't be able to avoid doctor bills forever, so you might as well just go to see someone.

Most doctors don't schedule your first appointment until 12 weeks anyway.

If you live in the US, call your local state's Department of Health/Human Services/Welfare office about their pregnancy medical program. They'll accept you after some paperwork and get you a doctor. They have very lenient guidelines in most states and some of the programs even work with women who already have medical insurance.

You should see a doctor asap. I would check your local clinics to see what they offer. Here in AZ they have what you call Baby Arizona, that's where it helps women who don't have health insurance who are pregnant. They might have something like that where you live. Try calling Planned Parenthood or check online. There are still options even when you don't have health insurance.

Its a good idea to start seeing your doctor right away...at least by 10 weeks. They will usually do an ultrasound to see just how far along you are....and to make sure the fetus is growing normally....With pregnancy I wouldn't risk waiting too long.

You should see a doctor as soon as possible since prenatal care is so important to ensure you have the healthiest baby you can deliver. You are more at risk since you are young. You most likely cannot get insurance now. (I am wondering what you were thinking getting pregnant without insurance. Who did you think would pay for your baby?) There are many pregnancy problems that can be taken care of if you deal with them early. You can also prevent problems with the proper care, for yourself and for your unborn baby, for now and in the future. Contact your local planned parenthood organization for help. They can refer you to the proper welfare agencies to help you if your husband does not make enough money to pay for your baby. You will most likely need to set up payment plans if he is working as this is you and your husband's responsibility to pay for your own baby. The good news is, you pay for your pregnancy and delivery as a package deal, not visit by visit. Your aunt is not saving any money by waiting until her fourth month.

Next time, be responsible and act like adults by planning ahead with insurance! Those of us who work and plan responsibly for children we can afford are sick of paying for those of you who do not.

Insurance or not, this is the health of yourself and your baby. Go in A.S.A.P. Good luck and congrats.
