I can't imagine what brought this on. Do you think the guy will be charged with basic or expanded assault?

Hobbes Mom- that was my reasoning - perhaps the 'window' of somewhere between June 10 and June 26 just seemed unreasonable to the guy! The cable dude is ok, by the way. =)

He'll get a package deal before he goes to court and then a three-week free trial.

Hee hee, yeah, what a surprise. Well with my cable company I had to call three times to cancel all this extra crap they tried to give me, and they were nice enough to not follow through the first two times and still charge me $140 a month for cable/Internet. Maybe this customer didn't receive the same quality of customer service that most of us get.

As for the legal part of that, he may get away with temporary insanity. Maybe he got my cable guy, who was supposed to show up between the convenient hours of 8am to 5pm, and didn't come over until 6:15pm.

I know exactly what happened. He had Comcast. Anyone who has dealt with Comcast customer service knows exactly what I am talking about.
