You can try divorce mediation… the goal is to try NOT to let it get messy and complicated. However, that requires cooperation on both parts.

Stand up and face it . Be a grown up and tell the woman what is wrong. Get a lawyer and do it right if you can't resolve the issues. Cheap fast ways might even prove out to be illegal. Take a good look at your marriage first and don't take the easy way out. Work on it first. Write down all the things that you see wrong and than have him or her write them down. Exchange lists and go off and read what the other said. Maybe you can make it work. You must have loved one another when you married. Marriage is about 2 people not just one. What is all this " I am getting a divorce just because something or someone is not perfect? People create their own heaven or H*ll. Being single is not so great either. People should face things and not run away. You just take the baggage with you.

If you can both come to terms and agree on things,,its prtty simple
If you cant agree on everythng, and I dont know who can,try mediation, or you could both compromise on different thngs so that you each get a bit of what you want..
if all that works well, go to your county courthouse and ask where to get the packet for a poor mans divorce(do it yourself)
take it home - make two extra copies,so you can have one for practice, one for an extra copy and one to turn in..
fill it out and then turn it in - remember its called poor mans divorce for a reason- you can get it for free!!
when you go back to the court house to turn it in to the clerk - your going to have the papers in hand to file for the poor mans status, thus it will cost you nothing if granted....
I am a nurse,my x didnt agree with the divorce papers or the way things were going to be done - I filed poor man status and was granted it,and the divorce wen through 2 months later not costing me a thing..
I think even with this type of divorce if you cant agree on everything - you just put down on the papers how things are to be divided and done - the other party has so many days to answer the summons and if they dont agree the judge descides and you keep the poor mans status - you might just have to go in front of the judge.
I didnt have to do anything, but file the papers - never even sawa judge
hope this helps !

The cheapest way is that the two of you sit down and work the divorce out together.
List all you assets and shared responsibilities and decide who gets what in an amicable way. Keep in mind that both deserve the things that you acquired together.
Then do the paper work (or hire a layer to do so) and make it legal.
But based on your question, it sounds like working out things in an amicable way is not going to happen....

first both parties sit down and agree to the divorce settlement.
then get ONE lawyer and have them make out the paperwork and both of you agree to the terms..no fighting over who gets what ..then the lawyer will write up the papers and submit it to the court..it should take very little time if their is no children involved or you are not fighting over property....
both my first two divorces were just my lawyer as my exes had nothing to fight about...but its your call..good luck

it continues to be a criminal count number and must be dealt with through a criminal professional. Marriage is a settlement and contracts are binding - so get a sturdy criminal professional to make certain the marriage is dissolved with each of the t's crossed and that i's dotted. what is going to make it less costly for you is each area you suggested on your question. you aren't any more contesting some thing, stressful some thing, or discussing custody topics. it truly is especially less costly.
