Either him behind, or you on top. If you are on the top, you make the calls. Meaning slow fast deep, whatever, which will help you reach an "O". You dont have to hurt him, dont mention it. If you have strong legs you could try to ride him............more on your legs and sitting on him with your arms on his legs to steady yourself.
