I think so lol, the San Antonio Spur's only fan base is in Texas, and most of Texas likes Dallas more then the Spurs. I think I'd go to sleep if I ever met a San Antonio fan.

That fan base is weak, i mean they barely sold out there play off series against the jazz, even there own fans didnt want to watch them in the playoffs.

The media type are always amazed in every NBA Finals at how much the entire city of San Antonio is behind the Spurs as that is all the Spurs have had other than the New Orleans/San Antonio Saints for the 2005 NFL season.

The fans, though, at the San Antonio Spurs games are becoming less and less noisy every year as the real Spurs fans are being priced out of season tickets (NBA season tickets are much more expensive than NFL season tickets), so only the people with money go to the Spurs home games any more, but the Spurs still have a large local fan base stretching anywhere from 75 to 150 miles around San Antonio.

Wow....guess you guys don't know about the big riverwalk parade/party at the alamodome today. It was freakin loud! And at game four in the finals, we had the AT&T Center sold out for tickets, and it wasn't even a home game!

And I didn't see Dallas get FOUR CHAMPIONSHIPS!

You people don't even know about what us Texans think! You shouldn't be saying we're freakin boring cause we're not!

I was born and raised in San Antonio. I watched them win all their championship trophies. If you guys would only see all the enthusiasm(sp) that the fans of San Antonio do for the Spurs, you would understand what I'm saying.

And today at the Alamodome, it was FULL of fans celebrating a dynasty. Cheering for the Spurs.

If you people knew what it was like to be a Spurs fan. The excitment when they win. All the people celebrating downtown. If you guys could see all the people who traveled downtown on Thursday to celebrate with everyone. You guys wouldn't be calling the Spurs fans boring.

I don't get it. I'm a HUGE Spurs fan, but I would never call the fans of another city team boring. I admit, the Cavs fans were awesome in the finals. The Mavs fans are awesome, all the teams fans are great. We all think we have the best team ever, and that other teams fans suck. But if you would live the life of a fan, you wouldn't be thinking the same things.....

Yeah, dipwad, you just keep telling yourself that. Anything that keeps stupid people out of my beautiful city is fine by me. (We don't tolerate stupidity very well down here).
Now, for your information--and lord knows you need some--there are Spurs fans all over the world. I even saw some being interviewed in Cleveland during the finals. Most people in DALLAS don't even like the Mavs that much but there are plenty of Spurs fans up there, too.
And how the hell do you barely sell out an arena? It either sells out or it doesn't. Most of the Spurs games sell out within a week of the tickets going on sale at the beginning of the season.
Are we boring? Maybe so. We don't riot or loot or set the city on fire when our team wins. If that's boring, I'll take it over some other cities' behavior any day.

Ok buddy, there were a quarter of a million people downtown for the River Parade and rally. Just go to YouTube and search for Spurs Celebration to see how San Antonians went crazy Thursday night (again!). Our fan base extends from Austin to Mexico. But in reality, who gives a **** what anyone outside of South Texas thinks. This is for us!

The Spurs are without a doubt, the most boring dynasty ever. They're just dull. Being a fan "because they are the best", does not count. That's called a bandwagon fan.

The Spurs should be sponsored by NyQuil. Trust me, if want to go to sleep, watch one of their games. That, or listen to a Tim Duncan interview.

Because they have a NBA Team, NO NFL, NO NHL, NO MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL, the Spurs and the WNBA's Silver Stars that's it.

Don't worry about it. Most people that like the spurs are just part of the "winning team" band wagon. When the spurs loose gorilla face to retirement, we'll see the remainder of the Spurs fans : 0.
