There are not only American flags on the moon, there are loads of soviet flags too. They couldn´t send astronauts to plant them so they had one of their unmanned Luna crafts disperse a whole bunch of little soviet flags over the moons surface. Oh, and incidentally: all the soviet data from the moon, including rock and soil samples that were brought back, corroborates all of the American findings. So if the American landings were all a scam then they would have had to cooperate with the Soviet union, at the height of the cold war, to make it look like the US were the supreme technological superpower of the world. Yeah, sure. Japan will show the world the truth about the US moon landings. And then a bunch of nutcases will crawl out from under their rocks and say that THOSE landings were faked. You idiots are beginning to get on my nerves with your conspiracy theories, ya know that?
The US put twelve men on the moon in the late sixties and early seventies, they actually did it, they did NOT film it in a Hollywood studio, there is no massive impossible conspiracy to hide the real truth from the world. The entire world was a witness to those landings, and you bozos say they never happened. Give it a rest, already, and go take your meds!

There are six flags on the Moon, one from each landing. They really did land there, several times, and the proof is to be found in the tens of thousands of photographs, hour upon hour of film and video, millions upon millions of pages of technical documentation, personal testimonies of thousands of people, the hundreds of kilos or rock and soil samples (which could not have been collected remotely by unmanned probes), by the agreement between Russian samples and Apollo samples, by the hardware that is still available to examine, and many other factors that conspiracy theorists haven't even bothered to identify never mind examine.
