Part of the intro to Led Zeppelin's "The Immigrant Song" is what Snow White sings to cause the birds to attack.
When the scene switches over to Donkey and Puss in Boots, a few seconds later, the background music switches to Heart's "Barracuda."
The two songs have similar bass lines, so the transition is pretty smooth. However, compare the Immigrant Song (see Sources below for an AMV that uses it), and Barracuda (also in Sources)... it's pretty clear that The Immigant Song is what Snow White is singing when the birds attack. There's no equivalent wailing in the intro to Barracuda, and the notes in Barracuda's refrain aren't the same.

I thought it was Barracuda, by Heart. I think it goes on to play the rest of the song.
