Don't worry Mike. All of this goes in cycles. If you think back a little ways, they've gone back and forth with wine, coffee, butter, so many things. First it's bad for you and a few months later it's the next cure-all. So just stay with what you like. If it's not good for you now, it probably will be by next year!

Yeah it's like now the scientists think everything "is linked to cancer." That's just code talk for "we still have no real idea what causes cancer, so you better not touch anything!"
