My husbands phone is a Razor. This is the third one that he has had. When I call to complain about it all they want to do is send me another freaking razor and use my insurance deductible for it ($50). I am pissed that they keep sending me the same phone that doesn't work and they want me to pay them money to do it. Any help would be greatly appreaciated. And Is there anyway to get out of the contract?

Verizon has a three replacement policy and then they will change you to what you want. Ask to talk to a manger. Do not even deal with the 1-800 rep on the phone. The stores are salesmen driven by commission, so you will never get statisfaction.

They will not let yo out of the contact on this issue. I was with Verizon for one year.

the manager is the route to this one.
And bad mouth them as you are here. They will lose business.
I had ATT years ago when I lived in NJ. Could not call people down th street service was so bad.
Have Sprint now and not only are they cheap never a problem.
Good luck and hope I helped you out

If the problem is reception then you might want to try a Nokia phone. Motorola phone do not have the same sensitivity as Nokia phones - which are the best for reception, and almost always have been.... You can go to a local store and check with them about the problem... Seems like a hassle, I know, but when I had Cingular (now have T-Mobile) I got more done by going into the store - make sure it is a company store - not a kiosk in the malls.... One other thing to try is check with others that may have Cingular in your area. Find out what phone they have and if they like - again- not rocket science. Sometimes they will work with you if you are in person, and pitch a ***** in the store.... Personally, I left them because they have coverage problems since they went thru the mergers...

Good Luck!

Nope once you signed a 2 year contract your stuck with your cell phone company. As far as phone insurance is concerned it works the same way with any other cell phone company. If your phone breaks, malfunction, lost or stolen, you can get the same phone with a $50 deductible payment on your next phone bill. If you don't have insurance then you have to pay for a brand new phone at retail value with no discounts.
