If your going to walk the strip, stop at Walgreens (by M&M store and MGM) buy a few bottles of water ($1 compared to $3 in casinos) buy gum, whatever you may need for walking around. I hit Walgreens first each morning when I head out, and again if I can before I am done for the night for my snacks and stuff I may want. CVS pharmacy is across the strip if you are on that side.

Ellis Island is a great place. I live here now and go every so often. I think that would be the top.
There was a place out on route 15 south that did have .99 cent shrimp cocktails. But it closed.

I keep repeating this, but if you are going to gamble, enroll to get a club (reward or comp) card. Use the credit towards a buffet at the hotel. The discount is huge and you won't have to eat for the rest of the day.

i think its anything in ellis island especially the free drinks they have for casino employees. i think its from like 3am onwards.. and of course, the freebies you can get from casino club cards.. or cashing your paycheck at station casinos! or going to the fantastik swapmeet..

i would say almost any of the hotel buffets are a good deal.
