No and you can't get adapters.

aint gonna happen the ford uses a larger bolt pattern and no it isnt wise to just drill new holes in the chevy rims.as far as i know if you wanted to do this it is possable to buy new axels that are drilled to your specs to fit the chevy wheels it should cost around 4000.00 to do this i can think of alot of really nice custom wheel packages that cost less and just bolt on.
