Where is your ideal place to live and why? I'd like to raise children in a quiet and if possible safe neighborhood/place. In my ideal place, there's rain although not too often but enough and snow in the winter. I'd prefer that there aren't a lot of storms or earthquakes or such. I'd like to raise children in a healthy environment and for them to have a good education. What place would you say is closest to my ideal place? I'd also like to hear where people's ideal places to live are and why.

I think most of the time ideal place to live is where you are. That fidelity does not come free and easy, you make it. This is the mixture of experience and knowledge of the place and being naive under many aspects cause that makes you creative and one that discovers things. Get to know it well in every aspect, but never get used to it, always try to make it better.

Thats sweet. I guess my ideal place would be somewhere that's vibrant, full of life and color, and lots of diversity. I like all the different seasons, and i cant live without public transportation or the beach...Maybe some place like Mexico or where I live now, NYC...wow those are 2 total opposites :)
