No, there's no way to legally do that. That said, you should have received a backup copy of the OS with the laptop.

Dropping the laptop didn't hurt the OS, it messed up the laptop. You'll have to get it fixed and unless it's covered for accidental damage you'll have to pay for the repairs. A copy of the OS isn't going to help you.
