It is like eggs, it is good for you.
I have drank probably on average about 1/2 gallon a day for over 3 decades.
I simply love the stuff ! Especially if it is very cold after a nice hot meal.
Even as a refreshing beverage.
Nothing is going to change my consumption of milk.
