Hi Holly and Derek. My name is Haley Kate. Some people call me Roary. (So can you! :o) )

I have a business that specializes in spa care for others absolutely free. I also do work-calls and for only 2000 dollars I will come out for 14 days and help you create your spa personally.

On average customers who just have an average spa...nothing special, decent sized, decent priced, decent staffed...decent about of customers...etc make about 450-600k.

smaller spas...home spas....low class spas...low class everything I mentioned above make about

25-90k in home spas.
small ones make about 75-150k

resort spas make a little more if they are in the right hotel, because they are featured there and people are always at a hotel, so they might come down. You don't even need advertisement or partners then.

You will make about 90-200k a year at a run down or small hotel.

A really nice hotel you make on average 500k-4.5 million.

Qua at caesars palace makes about 16 mil a year and sell for 25 million for 60% of the company. Pretty good deal.

A regular day spa, which I think you are makes about...in good location and a nice spa...makes about 400k-2 million a year. If you are really nice you make about 1.4-1.6 mil a year.

Medical spas deal with more healing methods.
They are typically smaller; so you will make about 200-450k a year.

Seasonal spas....you want to rent them out when you are not using it. You make about 25-100k in a one season spa unless you you rent/lease during the other none usage of season...then just add that price onto that amount.

Tips: Try to find a resort spa. Then make it really nice.

you will typical spend 2-3 years making up for lost cash flow from opening which is typical. It will be a lot of work on average if you do this...but try to have a second smaller job during the first few years making 35k at least. Try being a teacher. Great way for advertisement. Quit after you get all your earnings.

It might even take you as little as 3 months...who knows.

go fung-shuay (sorry...sp error). make it really nice...not your average spa.

have at least 15 total rooms...hot tub... and fitness and yoga room. have music in each room. customize to the customers temperature.

Go with in private rooms...lobby...different shades of brown...
make cabinets unique looking and attractive...make fitness room white with one red stripe that goes around the whole fitness room. in hottub room and extra rooms go gold and white.in yoga room make it green, orange or yellow. Use it as a dance room too!

create a small hair/nail salon.

Have packages that combine similar services.

Give memberships.

If you have not been successful or not up to your standards the fourth year, put it up for sale and give the excuse of relocation. It is kind of true. You are going to relocate to another job. :-) If they ask where tell them where you want to relocate.

You also could get a second loan.

Best of luck!

Roary

There are literally thousands of Peso millionaires in the PI. Dollar ones would be less but so what. Making money in all kinds of business ventures. Any Doctor, Attny, Dentist , Engineer or qualified professional would probably qualify as a Peso millionaire--that's a lousy 40 thousand bucks. Less than the annual average minimum wage of any developed country. My car cost more than that.

Well, it depends on how it looks and how well you make it. Your first gonna need enuff $ to afford land for it, then pay people to build it then get good people that work there, cause no one wants to go to a spa that doesn't have good workers. Also it HAS TO BE CLEAN!!!!!!!!!kk??
