A local gas station has E85 at a much lower cost per gallon. Other than costs what are the advantages or disadvantages?

2002 F-150 is not an FFV vehicle. You can use E10.

You can only use ethanol if your truck says it is flex fuel and has the necessary fuel system to run a fuel that produces 20% less power and mileage. Saving money look elsewhere?
