It starts with a group of boys pulling a prank by stealing a hot dog cart. They dump it down the stairway of a subway and accidently kills an elderly man. They are sent to juvinile hall(?) and stuggles with a cop that is really mean to them.. eventually they get out one becomes a priest but the other get in trouble for killing the cop..its an old film but please help

The name of the movie is SLEEPERS with Robert Deniro, Brad Pitt, and a bunch of other stars. Great movie.

I may be wrong but I think it is called hells kitchen and no not the show that is currently on fox. I may be wrong about the title of the movie though but it is a damn good movie!!!
