I admit I forget about them too unless I hear them being played on the radio. Are people that shallow about John Poppers weight? Hook is one of the best songs ever!

The band had the massive seller with Four, and had a pretty good mid-1990s run. That the group survived Bobby Sheehan's death and John Popper's health problems to continue releasing CDs speaks volumes.
I think they have settles into releasing CDs on a smaller label, having more control of the product and touring in club-like venues. Really not a bad way to stay in the business.

I love Blues Travelers...I remember seeing them on Roseanne and an awards show when i was younger. I didnt think they were together anymore

maybe one of several things could be wrong for them. bad agent, bad attitude, lack of enthusiasm on their part, burned out from alot of health issues, just do not care about it all any longer due to personal conflicts amongst themselves. sometimes one ego can ruin the entire band.

They are great. I used to see them quite often before they became famous. (it cost almost nothing)! I would definitely go see them again.

They have such a unique sound that it doesn't appeal to everyone....hence low sales...etc.
