theres this kid in my class that always has these big events or parties and doesnt invite me. he invites some of my best friends but not me. because of this me and my friends are starting to grow apart and when I try to talk to them they walk away and I feel like a loner.
what should I do????

i think this is a racial problem!!! i'm salvadorean and most of my friends are mexicans I get called nasty names for this. also the guy who doesnt invite me to things is rich so he CAN throw a fulll party (food, drinks, DJ, etc.) and i'm not rich so I cant throw a good party =(

(the girls have their own group and the guys have their group)
plus the guy I hate started a wannabe gang and again didnt want me to be a part of it I feel like such a loser and an outcast

The guy is a jerk. Your "friends" are not much better.
Make friends with others, out of their group and forget about your so-called friends. Real friends won't treat you that way and having ONE REAL friend is worth a thousand so-called friends who don't see your pain.
Then ignore the rich jerk. It makes him feel good to know he's causing you pain, so put him out of your mind and life.
Also, your REAL friends won't care if you can only afford one shared soda at your own parties..They will probably chip in and help bring things.
You have given this guy too much power over your life already. Don't give him anymore.

ADDITION: You do NOT want to be in a gang. One way trip to jail.
Try groups outside school, which other students attend from different schools, areas, etc. Be strong. Make your own rules, don't just be one of a pack.. Study hard and make plans for college. In a few years.. You'll be making good money and the "gang" will most likely be in jail.

This guy seems to think he has to buy or bribe friends. Eventually it'll get old. I would ask around to find out why people think he's so cool. Is it just the parties? Don't worry, people come and go. Find a club or something that you are really interested in and get involved in that. You will meet new people and some of your old friends will come back. You are young and your life will always be changing. Like I said, people come and go. Find your own path.

Ok, I know most people said to find new friends, but this isn't your friends' fault. They can't help it if they get invited but you don't. Try talking to your friends and tell them about your problem. Tell them that they don't have to not go to the parties, but you would like to hang out with them more often. Along with that, tell them just about everything you said on here.

well that is the story of my life. you really cant do anything because i mean people change but many times in the end they end up feeling really bad about what they have done. Well here is some advice you should try and join clubs or do sports if you don't already and try to make some new friends that enjoy your company, i mean you don't have to drop your old friends all together you should still try to talk to them but i mean show them that it doesn't bother you when the ditch you.

id find some new friends and go hang out with them and dont invite any of them' ive been in your shoes before too the guy who doesnt invite you could just be jealous. i had to put up a lot of that back in school. your " Friends" dont sound like " Friends" if they walk away when u r trying to tak to them. id just go my seprate way and find nicer people to hang wit - youll be happier

I would either go up to the kid that throws them and say "um.. you forgot to invite me i belive. Or go up to your friends and say "whats your problem, you cant just ignore me i thought we were friends" then if their your real friends theyll accept you back if not search for a new group of friends.

drastic times call for drastic measures. This fella is a bit of a dick but you first of all have to ease the tension and talk to him.......keep your friends close and your enemies closer! you don't have to like the chap but if you can say hi or have some relationship with him, your good friends will remain apart of you........its not easy doing this and you'll be fairly pissed off!

Talk to the person you hate as tehre must be a reason why he doesnt invite you
Find better friends as since they dont talk to you as much anymore, they weren't really friends to begin with.
