Forget the fact that his peach tree was growing in soil - and that paper (apparently a highly rare and valuable commodity) is consumed in huge amounts by the Smokers...et al...
It's still a hugely entertaining movie!

I thought it was too long. I actually quit watching Kevin Costner movies after that one.

i feel it is actually a very original and good action movie, everyone just thinks of the costs of ot and says could have been better for that money, but forget that and just enjoy the stunning action set pieces and costners great moody character

i actually liked it. really.
Dennis Hopper and Jean Triplehorn added to what was already a good movie. Costner was at his heroic best (yeah, i know he's been in better films, but i'm an action fan) and i think he pulled it off really well.

I hate to disappoint you, but I really hated it. My favorite Kevin Costner movie is "No Way Out" (his first, I think)

mr costner said a few days ago he was surprised that his movie waterworld had failed at the boxoffice . i read it on STAR PULSE ON MY COMPUTER, it was good,it was similar to mel gibsons road warrior movies,these are somewhat futuristic movies and are quite interesting.

The machine gunning was awesome. I kept going to the bathroom though.

The only thing I can even remember from that movie is when he drinks his own piss. And when he slapped that girl or kid or whatever across the face.

It got knocked just because it cost a gazillion to make(at that time). It was a pretty good flick.

No, sorry I didn't think that it was any good. I only know this because it was on the Sci-Fi channel the other day.
