Assuming the ship is kept perfectly level and the last bolts placed carefully, then it will sink when its density equals or exceeds that of the water it is displacing. 1000 cm3 of water weighs 1000gm, divided by 25 is 80 bolts. But the boat weighs 10 grams, so 79 bolts plus 10 grams will total 985 grams and one more bolt will sink it.
