Does anyone know wat is mercury made by or wat does mercury make?

Mercury is owned by Ford and Lincoln. Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury are all American made cars. Ford is a normal, family or truck company, Merucury makes classier cars, Lincoln makes even classier cars than Mercury. Mercury and Lincoln both coppy cars made by ford and make them more luxurious. Ford makes mercury and Lincolns. That`s why when u pass a mercury dealership, u see nothing but Lincolns&Mercurys. mercury itself does not make anything. actually what ever ford makes, mercury gets the same car but with different features. Like years ago my mom brought a brand new 1989 Mercury Cougar, then a friend of hers brought a Ford Thunderbird in the same year, same car but with different styling. Just like the Ford Five hundred and the Mercury Montego. and then in some cases Ford will take the same car and use one for mercury, ford, and lincoln. example: the ford fusion, mercury milan, and the lincoln zephypr/ mkz. all are different but all are some what the same.
