On Iraq, Bush seemed to be practically the last man in America to realize his military strategy was failing*. Once inside the charmed Bush circle, people tend to stay there, and rise to the level of their incompetence*. The Administration has also overvalued loyalty ,tending to shut out other talented people and giving loyalists jobs for which they might not be suited*. Excessive loyalty only enables drift and dysfunction*. Bush's reflex to stand by his man points to a key weakness in his Management style*. Politically, it can put Bush in the position of embracing failure*. Bush's management problems begin with the way he evaluates and values people*. After 9/11, Bush embraced the CIA and eschewed any finger pointing after the massive intelligence failure that contributed to 9/11*. his Presidency has sustained damage from which it may never recover*. It's no wonder he doesn't read newspapers*.

I have no respect for that style of leader.
There has never been a President that has made more mistakes. But he firmly believes that he should refuse to admit even one!
Grabbing power for the Executive Branch while exploiting 9-11 at the expense of our Constitution, our Fiscal future, the Troops he endangered for his Family Pride, and the goodwill of the world is his legacy.
It is up to us NOT to let elitist Historians rewrite this ugly chapter of our History to make him or his management style out to be anything other than the colossal failures they were.
One of the reasons I'm not paying as much attention to the candidates this time around is that whoever gets in (save Gulianni) will be an improvement. No where to go but up.

Your words are right on the money & I agree with
you one hundred percent but the word weak is not
the right word,I would say he is very unexperienced man who was giving a tremendous
job which he is not qualified for at all.
we the people must put the right Man in the right
job and give the right job to the right Man.
We don't put a teacher to run hospital,or a physician to run a school...DO WE ?

No Bush's style is to empower his employees, how ever he does need to question them on things. The problem is when you surround yourself with yes men, anyone will start to believe that they are always right.
And far as he being the last to admit the military strategy was failing , that would be a very demoralizing thing to do to the troops.
The main thing about bush is he is the president by default, the dems haven't offered anyone even close to being better. Al Gore wouldn't of done anything, we would still be calling Afghanistan telling them to hand over bin laden. John Kerry would of surrendered to Al Qada.
The only person that we have that would take the stand and be a good leader is Rudy.

No , I don't think weak is the word . He's strong if anything ..but I do believe he is not representing the majority of citizen's in his quest for illegal amnesty . Nobody can say he is being so loyal to Lewis Libby .

If President Bush ever stops to see who is following him, he will see that it is only those that are protecting their jobs. To be a good leader, you must listen to your people once in a while.

Are DEMOCRATS weak in their leadership style?
my thoughts:
On Iraq, Clinton fired cruise missiles into a sand dune, totally destroyed it, and terrified a few camels. He did all this to divert attention away from the Monica Lewinsky Scandal. Wow, wasting our tax dollars to divert attention away from a situation where our president was sleeping with his secretary...that is dysfunction.
Oh! How bout the Iran hostage crisis...Jimmy Carter sat around for 400 days and did nothing about it...the minute Republican president Reagan got into office, all the hostages were released, why is that? because republicans aren't afraid to save lives....
Speaking of saving lives, back to Clinton...he ignored:
The first WTC bombing
The first US embassy bombing in Sudan
The second US embassy bombing in Sudan
Someone brought up the fact that he put the people who were responsible for these attacks in jail. He did absolutely nothing to stop further attacks.
Stop pointing your finger at Bush for every mishap. He is the leader of this country...why? because America voted twice. America elected him twice, why? Because he was the best man for the job.
At least he went after terrorists instead of sitting around doing absolutely nothing. He did what all the presidents before him needed to do. All of his actions may not have been perfect, but give him a break. Look back at all the other presidents, they made mistakes and they never got railed into. Give it a rest.
