anybody got a positive answer to this question.
well i have made some very wierd discoveries during periods where i have not masturbated. and these days i have started doing it once a month and do you know what i have found
i feel less tired, more energetic, get a much more intense workout done at the gym, increased concentration level, e.g reading a complex book, positive attitude, and increased self-confidence.
believe it or not, but i feel abstaining from masturbating has alot of benefits,physically and mentally. some may suggest its healthy, and i agree it is, but could it be more healthier if we did it less and less rather than abstaining from it forever. what do you guys think?
