Just go down to the closest Planned Parenthood, they'll talk to you about the pill for about a half hour, then send you home with three month's worth of pills for free.

Go to Planned Parenthood. Based on your income, you can get it for a reduced rate. Or, if you're on Medicare, you should be able to get it for free. You can usually pick up free condoms at AIDS testing facilities.

Almost nowhere gives it out for free. You can get it cheap at planned parenthood. You may be able to get free condoms from your local department of health, but that's about it.

I don't know what country you are in but if you are in the U.S. you can try Planned Parenthood or the city's dept of health if they offer free clinic services.
