Depends what i`m doing. If i`m painting then the big light but if i`m just watching TV or on the computer lamp or 2 side lights...

I don't own a lamp although I admit they are more ..... cosy. I'm sitting in the dark. I begrudge putting lights on when I don't need to and I can see well enough by the light of the screen to type.

I just don't do 'Big lights', except in the kitchen and bathroom where there's no choice.
My other half always describes big lights as 'the interrogation lamp!'.

I am clumsy so I don't have any lamps I would probably knock them over.

My curtains are closed, so i have the main light on, but its not very bright anyway, its an energy saving one and it just doesn't get bright!
It is very bad for your eyes to use the computer in the dark, or even by low light, put the main light back on!!!!
