No. Female hormones are produced in the ovaries. The womb is removed during hysterectomy and unless there is also something wrong with the ovaries these are usually left intact. I had a hysterectomy and had one of my ovaries removed and believe me - I am 100% female.

no. I am goin thru stuff for my uterus right now. tubal 1992, laparostipy 2005 lupron shots 2007 now PT on my uterus n then a hysterectomy not sure if partial or full but u take hormones for it if needed but it dont make u like a man

No. A hysterectomy is only something a woman can have since the whole uterus is removed...men r not born with this. Hormone therapy soon usuallyl follows.

Hysterectomy doesn't affect femininity. Oophorectomy (removal of ovaries) may need hormone replacement.

NO.They just take out one or both the ovaries.If both are taken which they try not to do, it will throw you into menopause.If only one is taken then there are usually know ill effects.Has nothing to do with men as men do not have ovaries only women.Men have Testes.
