I am a conservative. I agree with you. In the past, I have challenged liberals to discuss the issues. I never got one response.

I too love to debate issues. However, when I do debate I try to back up my argument with facts.
HOWEVER, facts can be presented in such a way to show my side or the other side, depending upon how it was "lifted" from the article, speech or whatever.
Therefore, I try NOT to debate politics since sound bytes are utilized, not always having the complete context in which a statement was made.
For the same reason I try NOT to debate the Bible.
However, I'll argue just for the fun of it and have a discussion utilizing my preceived ideas of what is happening. That way I learn more about what I might NOT have heard, and hopefully other other person has an open mind to hear what I have to say.

Your invitation isnt terribly inviting. What's the point of debate if one or more person is too emotional or narrow minded to change their opinion? Personally, I hated Bush back in 9/11 when everyone loved him, and had the exact same suspicions everyone seems to finially have now,. but over time and listening to various facts, I grew to like him more. Right now I just have to admit there's a lot of information I dont have, and im concerned that this is intentional on the part of the US media. Of course they are a private business and their goal is money, not doing a job that nobody wants them to do.

The group of "the terrorists are going to kill us all if Dems get elected" is talking about emotial pleas?
and now you can't do anything but yell about it? in fact "Mr. I use facts" sounds like he's about to cry about it...
ever notice how those who cry about "libs only using emotions" never show any facts... you don't even cite anything to prove your point....

Why don't you take your own advice and worry about facts rather than someone's political alliance. Not everyone is a liberal or conservative!!!
