I have two questions to ask, and its about Guild Wars. When you buy guild wars and start to play are there no limits? Like after a month you don't have to pay anymore fees? If so can anyone tell me a store or site BESIDES ebay that can help me get a cheap Guild Wars game?

You purchase Guild Wars and online play is FREE. It is a massive multiplayer game, so it is intended to played in "guilds" with others online, but you CAN play solo and use computer characters instead of other players. You MUST play online. An internet connection will be needed. The game can take hundreds of hours of game play to reach a definitive "end" but you can then bring your character into the other two additional games "factions" and "nightfall". (Or so I've been led to believe)

I saw copies at Target for reasonable prices. I believe I saw Factions between 20-25 dollars. If it wasn't Factions it was definitely one of the Guild Wars games.

Good luck and have fun gaming!
Another fun classic is Diablo 2. Free online play! My preference to Guild Wars, but that's simply because I grew up on Diablo/Diablo 2.

First of all, DO NOT BUY FROM EBAY! Most likely you'll be buying a used copy which is worthless. Guild Wars must be bought new because you are actually buying the keycode needed to activate an account. Accounts cannot be re-used or transferred.

Gamestop currently has Nightfall on sale for $25. That's probably the cheapest you'll find right now.

But, the good news is that once you buy the game there are no more fees. No monthly fee or additional fees for extra content.

First of all there is no monthly fees, you will just pay for the game itself.

I highly suggest you do not buy the game off of a auction website, only websites that it will come new and unopened such as amazon, you are better off buying Guild Wars at the store.

You do not want to buy a used copy of Guild Wars, because after the Cd-Key (which is required to play) has been used you will not be able to use it. Do not buy an used copy of any games with Cd-keys that you want to play online which you have to play online for Guild Wars.

You don't pay fees with Guild Wars. The only "fee" you ever pay is to purchase the game, and then of course your internet.Guildwars.com has all campaigns available, but if you are looking for a "cheap buy" try Ebgames.com or your local Radio Shack or video game store. It's a really fun game!

I always suggest to people that they buy games from NCSoft do it directly via download from NCSoft. If you ever want to install it again or install it to a different machine, you just log on and download it ( for no charge ).
