We have had nothing but trouble getting Sears to come out on a Service call. We have Extended Service Contracts with them and they make us wait 2 to 3 weeks to come out to repair our washer or do maintenance service on our air conditioning! Many times they never show up and when we call-several times- they say the tech is backed up .Finally afterr 4 or 5 calls they tell us it was canceled as they had no tech available. Recently our washer needed major repair to the tune $500 in parts and labor. They didn't show up 3 times and when they did they fixed it. Today the washer dumped water all over the place again. We called and explained the situation and got nowhere! Now we have to wait 2 more weeks for the tech to show up. If he comes at all. We asked if they could send someone soon to ok a new washer . We were told that we had to wait for the tech to say that we need a replacement! I emailed customer service. No one gets backto me. What should we do?

hello. We as household, ordered a new dishwasher from them three or four years ago. We specified the terms or contract, they would come, remove old washer, install new one. The 'installers' from Sears came, placed the new one on the floor, and LEFT.
we had been a Sears customer of many years previous. The homeowner (dad) saw this, called them immediately, told them to take the new washer away! the contract was closed immediately. My messager for you is, find another entity to do the service. good luck
