hi all, am trying to test some javascripts scripts for a webpage am designing but when i open the .html file on my web browser (internet explorer 6), the javascript code is not executed. Am i suppose to install something else? or activate something in my browser? thanks

Ah, javascript. I hate it. lol

Well, I know that Flash doesn't work without Java...maybe you need Flash? I dunno to be honest and I wish I had a exact answer for you, but you can try installing flash onto your computer.
Oh, and make sure you enabled java on your browers. (Tools -> Internet Options->Advanced)

There's not really enough information here to answer the question, I'm afraid. How have you included the javascript in the page? Are you sure it doesn't have any errors? IE and Firefox will display an error icon at the bottom of the screen if there are any javascript errors.

Try looking at Tools->Internet Options and click on the Advanced. Scroll down and look for something about Scripting and enable it is it is disabled.
