Two cases:
1- a single MP3 (or similar) file to play a song once on a page?
2- a real "stream" from a stream server? (this is a studio outputing real time songs and live feed, like a radio station)

1. Few solutions:
- create a link to the song. By clicking on it, it will call the player the user has and play the song.
- create a small flash player with a song loaded in it and embed it in your page
- create a small flash player without a song and load it at run time with a song of your choise, as a parameter.
2. More complicated:
- Get a free audio server, such as SHOUTCast or BroadWave (google them), Set-up a series of playlists and there you go.
- Buy or write your own AUDIO STREAM SERVER (even more complicated, as there are bandwidth considerations on top)
