the only reason he's a two term president is because of the voting issue in florida. remember, he didn't win at first. his brother jeb bush, the governor of florida fixed the votes or did you just forget about that one?

Well first off to the whole he is a multi-millionare thing you don't have to be smart to have lots of money, ex. Paris Hilton.

He is a smart person, he just has made and done things that most amercians do not care for, like the war in Iraq. I don't know of anyone who actually calls him stupid and means it most people just make fun of him because that is what most comedians do, make fun of the government. Regular people pick up what comedians say think it's funny and start telling other people what they heard but changing it into what that individual thinks. So soon after comics and everything else starts saying the same thing ect.

Also People can be extremely intelligent but still have no common sense. I believe Bush is lacking some commmon sense therefore he is thought of as stupid.

And also because Bush is not a polished speaker. You see unless you talk nicely people think you are stupid. But then according to the standard of these people, Stephen Hawkins is retarded. And we all know how accurate that is.

Most people don't look at the fact that we haven't had an attack and many have been thwarted. Plus every soldier I knew was glad to be there and felt it was important and are disappointed when they come home and hear nothing but negative. Good for you! All of us may not be happy with his decisions, we may feel he has made a tremendous amount of mistakes, and we may feel we need some one else in office. But he is certainly not stupid. A stupid person does not win the election once let alone twice. I think people are calling him stupid out of anger and frustration. Not very smart is it? If all the people that are calling him stupid could make office, our country would really be stuck in deep sh.... well lets say mud, to keep it nice. Or, quick sand ..... we would sink fast.
