Like Al Sharpton that convicted these guys in the media before they even got a fair trial?

Vegaswoman I am not saying anything should be done to them by the state bar association. But somehow and someway they should have to pay for what they did. I would take them to court if I was one of the Duke Lacrosse players who was falsely accused.

Sharpton also put forward a black girl years ago, lying about a rape, and stood by her once the facts were revealed. That guy's about as much of a Reverend as Arlen Specter is a Republican... name only, baby.

Show me the transcript where Sharpton convicted them in the media. You can't because he didn't. He may be a loudmouth opportunist, but he specifically said on the O'Reilly Factor that we'd have to "wait and see."
Those boys are owed an apology by a LOT of people but Sharpton isn't one of them.
Duke University owes them more than an apology as do all the idiot professors who took out full-page ads to condemn them in an intellectual lynching.
But the worst offender has to be Nancy Grace. She should have been fired for the way she vilified those boys on her show. On the day they were finally exonerated and the charges officially dropped, do you know what she said on her show? NOTHING! SHE TOOK THE DAY OFF! What a piece of CRAP she is.

Now wait a minute don't blame Sharpton on the left anymore than I blame David Duke on the right, they are both racist idiots that have never worked an honest day in their life. There are idiots in every segment of society preying on peoples fears for profit. The right is killing the U.S. in world opinion with our diplomatic ineptitude, yet you war mongering, chest pounding zealots are worried about Sharpton's image in the press? What Nifong did was criminal, he with held DNA evidence that could have freed those young men soon enough to resume their athletic and academic careers at Duke University. Being an idiot, unfortunately is not a crime!
How many black men have been recently released from prison because DNA evidence proved them innocent? yet they were convicted with trumped up charges and an all white jury. Alot. You wonder how the travesty that is O.J. Simpson could have happened? Because those jurors can relate to our twisted sense of justice, they could believe what O.J.'s brilliant defense team's smoke and mirrors, because they have seen first hand how we as whites get a different form of justice, if you can't see it, it is because you are not looking. The way Nifong treated those young men is how many others are treated everyday, but they don't get the same treatment from the press, hence you get charlatans such as Sharpton telling them what they want to hear.
