I personally do not think that lifestyle has anything to do with "wanting to feel good" or "wanting to have fun." Everyone is different and everyone is born and raised different (nature/nurture). Each individual has certain gifts and we are not all the same. Each of us as well have strengths and weaknesses. Some people have serious emotional and psychological issues which cause them to live a lifestyle which may indicate to the casual observer that they have consciously chosen to live in an unhealthy manner, when that may not be the case at all. Maybe they cannot help themselves. Maybe they really try but just cannot live up to other peoples' standards. Others are born with physical and psychological issues which are not easily overcome. As I said, lifestyle (healthy or unhealthy) is not as simple as saying that one individual chose to have fun and the other chose to feel good. And then there are those people who seem to make all of the right decisions and do all the right things all of the time (feel good as you put it). Some are blessed and some are not and their is not a whole lot that can be done to change that reality of life.

Well I'm a person who eats well, exercises, works hard, watches TV, and a lot of other things both that feel good and I have fun doing them.
I feel that to have fun you have to feel good about what your doing. Neither can exist without the other. In my life they coexist. Great Question!

I would prefer to feel good. I have a lot of physical problems and am disabled, so It would be wonderful to wake up one day and feel good for a change. I love to have fun, but can't keep up with anybody anymore and never feel good enough to go many places. I would just love to feel good !

Well of course it helps to feel good, and have fun. If you feel good aren't you more in tune to having fun. Yes work-out and then have your fun. You can't have fun, if you don't feel good(?) If your took time off from work and your sick in bed, can you still have fun(?) So healthy people should'nt have fun(?) I would of course like to have fun, but I want to feel good too. Great question!

I would like to know why you think those two things are mutually exclusive. I prefer to like whatever I do, even if it makes me feel good, and vice versa. Even saying it doesn't make sense to me because I don't see them as different.
