Do emos/scene kids (in the stereotypical skinny jeans/eyeliner way] exist in Europe?

By this I don't mean Britain (I live there and believe me they DO exist a lot here)
But do emos or scene kids exist in like France, Spain etc?
And please don't get at me for stereotyping, alot of the time it's true...

Probably before they became hip here. Europe usually a couple of years a head of us in the cultural scene.
