My reality is defined by my sense of self and my family. My reality isn't your reality because we haven't experienced the same things. My reality is defined by my responsibilities to my family especially to my minor daughter. Those are the realities around which I live my life. My sense of self changes as I reach different stages of my life and my vision of life changes, it also changes as my responsibilities to my children change as they grow older and mature and need me less as a mother and more as a friend and adviser (if asked) I think what defines your reality changes as you change and grow. I would hope that what defined your reality as a teenager and very young person wouldn't be the same thing that defined you at a 45-50 year old.

My reality is defined by my personal viewpoint and self-perception of of the world around me. Although we as humans live on the same planet, my reality is different then that of yours. Reality is also shaped by one's environment, culture, ethnic background and personal circumstances. Thus, in my view, this makes reality a very subjective thing.

My reality is composed of what I sense around me and what I think. Everything to me is a working hypothesis and I am constantly evaluating those hypotheses and the value that they contribute to my further existence, such that it is, if it is, but that may be another question. I can only work with what my perceptions are.
